1. When Do I Start Using Atlas as a pregnancy band?
You can use Atlas as a pregnancy band around your late 2nd- beginning of your 3rd trimester with your doctor's approval. As soon as you feel that your growing belly is affecting your posture or causing you back discomfort or sciatic pain.
2. How do I know which size is for me?
Your Atlas Size is based on your pre-pregnancy size. It only comes in 3 sizes; XS-S, M-L, & XL-XXL. Please read the measurements in our sizing chart carefully.

4. What is the difference between Atlas and Cinch?
Atlas is our 2-IN-1 Transitional Band that is a pregnancy band with a postpartum accessory band. The postpartum band is also a back support and hip shaper with 360 degrees of even compression. Cinch Tummy Wrap is our LUX Postpartum Band, Back Support, and Hip Shaper. It is made out of luxurious sheer fabric with elastic components. It also has 360 degree of even compression. Atlas is also made out of superior fabric except it is made out of mostly elastic materials. Wearing a postpartum band is an essential factor in your overall recovery. We believe recovery can start before your baby is born. When you buy our Atlas Band in your 3rd trimester, you don't have to buy another postpartum band. We offer more variety for moms like you. 5. Can I wear under cloths?
Yes, it looks good under clothes. We recommend you wear the Atlas Pregnancy Band/Postpartum Band over a tank top. Wear lose fitted clothes to better conceal.

It has double ended opening with fully adjustable panels that you can adjust according to your growing and shrinking belly during and after pregnancy. The pregnancy band also has side elastic wings to give controlled support. The postpartum band accessory even has a zipper to help you hold and support while its accessory elastic bands give you the extra controlled compression.

9. Can I buy just the pregnancy band only?
Yes, you can buy the pregnancy band separately. We recommend that it is more economical to buy the combo. This way you don't have to pay another $60-90 for a postpartum band
10. Does the postpartum accessory band be used as a post surgery band also?
Yes. Doctors love it because like Cinch it has a 360 degree even compression with tension control.
11. How long do I use the postpartum band after baby?
After your doctor's approval, you can use the postpartum band daily for the 1st 8 weeks and then use it at least 3-4 times a week for the next 3-6 months. 12. How do I use it as a hip shaper?
At night, you can re-adjust to fit around your lower abdomen and hips for the first 8 weeks after delivery.
13. Does it come with a cold/warm compress?
Our combo does not come with cold/warm compress. You can buy our Combo plus cold/warm compression.
14. Does it roll?
Most people said our bands do not roll if you wear it correctly. We recommend don't over tighten. When you wear it comfortably around your waist, our high tech materials form and move with you.
